Stickies is a nice software that comes with some Apple Mac OS X editions. Now you can download and add Khmer language to this App.

Then extract it and copy Khmer.proj folder
2. Go to Applications folder, right click on Stickies, select Show Package Contents,
3. Click on Contents> Resources, then paste Khmer.lproj into this folder.
